Fierce Jambalaya


The other night I made the most fierce Jambalaya ever. I've made it before but this one took the cake. It was Chicken, Shrimp, and Sausage Jambalaya southern style. It took me an hour and a half including the prep work. Im not a huge fan of rice with out butter and sugar but this dish made me have a change of heart. I took some to my great grandmother's house and she tried it, now she hardly gives out compliments on food but that day was a good day. She told me "that was the best jambalaya I've ever had thus far". I was filled with joy from hearing that.
